We use secure encryption technology to keep your information confidential. We know you are concerned about your information. To that end, we do not and will not share any information with third parties.

Credit Card Charges/Credits
Your credit card/debit card is charged when your order is shipped. When your order is placed online or over the phone, your credit card is "authorized" which is how the credit card companies validate the credit card and temporarily reserve the funds. This reserve will drop off after a certain amount of time as determined by your credit card company. We have no control over this. We are not able to take PayPal at this time - sorry for any inconvenience.

Credits
Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped with Idaho as subject to the state sales tax of 6%. Hepco Becker products shipped to California addresses are subject to a 8.25% state sales tax which is passed on to the California-based distributor.

Shipping
Your order will ship within 1-3 business days. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours when possible, but this is not always possible. Do not assume your package is shipping in less than 3 days unless you have contact us.

If need faster shipping than UPS Ground for domestic orders, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote. We do offer other alternatives to shipping, but currently our website is not able to accurately calculate shipments other than ground. This is especially true for Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 day select shipments including skid plates or Remus exhaust silencers, due to their size. We will adjust the shipping charge to our actual cost once it is determined and charge you accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

There are times where shipping may be delayed if we are attending a motorcycle rally or show. These events will be posted on our website so you are aware of any delay when you order. We attend these events in the hopes of meeting you, our customers, as well as to get feedback and suggestions on products. This is our passion, and we feel attending these events are necessary to stay current with the market, trends and wants of our customers.

International Shipping
While we gladly accept international orders, once the package leaves the US it is completely out of our control. We cannot guarantee delivery times! We've had packages arrive in Australia in three days while some packages have taken two months to show up in Canada. We do ship everything promptly however security and customs agencies can be overwhelmed which will greatly effect the arrival of your package. Please be patient and we will do our absolute best to get your goods to you as soon as possible.

Credit and Returns Policy
All returns must be in NEW CONDITION. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging. All components, manuals, and accessories must be included. We have to be able to resell the item “as new” in order to issue a credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Black Dog Cycle Works, Inc. inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.

These terms are for sales made directly by Black Dog Cycle Works, Inc. If product is purchased through our dealer network, return authorization must come through the dealer at which the product was purchased.

Do not return items without notifying us first.
Items arriving here without return authorization
will be refused and returned at customer's expense.

All returned merchandise must be in new condition and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unless we've personally spoken to you and have made alternate arrangements, you will receive a refund less 15% of your sale price upon receipt and inspection of the item. Any returned item may be exchanged for store credit or for any other item available. We will not charge a fee for exchanges. You, the customer, will pay the shipping charges both ways and any difference in item price. We will process returns as soon as possible.

NOTICE: Ask questions before you buy, do some research,
and make an educated purchase. Once you purchase the product,
it's yours. Unfortunately we cannot supply "demo" units.

We offer returns on "new" products, not used and abused items. You must return the product in the original box/container. We issue credit to the original credit card used or by company check. Do not attempt to return used items, we don't want them back.

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging. All components, manuals, and accessories must be included. Black Dog Cycle Works, Inc. inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria. For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground.
